Terms of Service

Effective: January 1, 2026 · Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By using Razorback Auto Transport services, requesting a quote, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Razorback Auto Transport is a federally-licensed auto transport broker that arranges vehicle transportation services through a network of independently-owned, FMCSA-licensed motor carriers. We coordinate door-to-door pickup and delivery, but the actual transportation is performed by independent carriers.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website or by our customer service team are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is determined when a specific carrier is assigned to your shipment. Quotes are typically valid for 7 days. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if shipment details change.

4. Booking and Cancellation

You may cancel your booking at any time before a carrier is dispatched at no cost. Once a carrier has been assigned and dispatched, cancellation fees may apply. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking. We do not collect upfront deposits — payment is due only after a carrier is assigned.

5. Vehicle Preparation

You are responsible for properly preparing your vehicle for transport. This includes: removing personal items from the vehicle; ensuring the vehicle has a quarter tank of fuel or less; documenting pre-existing damage; and providing accurate vehicle dimensions and weight. Razorback Auto Transport and the assigned carrier are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

6. Liability and Insurance

Every shipment is covered by the assigned carrier's motor truck cargo insurance, with a minimum of $1 million in coverage. In the event of damage during transport, claims should be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery and reported to us immediately. Claims will be processed through the carrier's insurance.

7. Transit Times

Estimated transit times are provided as guidance based on the route and typical carrier schedules. Actual transit times may vary due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or carrier scheduling. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Razorback Auto Transport's liability is limited to coordinating auto transport services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific shipment in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
